Refund & Return Policy

At futureontech, we strive to deliver high-quality services in Workday consulting, Java development, and payroll management. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued.

1. Nature of Services

As a service-based company, we do not sell physical products. Therefore:

No physical returns are applicable
Refunds are subject to service delivery terms and project agreements

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

a. Before Project Initiation
If a client cancels the service before work has started, a full or partial refund may be issued after deducting administrative costs
b. During Project Execution
If a project is canceled mid-way, refunds will be pro-rated based on work completed
Any completed milestones will be billed and deducted
c. Service Issues
If there is a proven failure from our side to deliver agreed services, we may offer:
Partial refund, or
Service correction / rework (preferred option)

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

Change in client requirements after project initiation
Delays caused by lack of client response or data
Errors due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client
Completed and delivered services
Third-party issues (e.g., platform downtime, external integrations)

4. Payroll Services Policy

For payroll services:

Fees once charged for a payroll cycle are non-refundable
Clients are responsible for providing accurate employee and financial data
Any corrections will be handled in the next payroll cycle if required

5. Payment Disputes

Any billing disputes must be raised within 7 days of invoice issuance
We will review and resolve disputes within a reasonable timeframe

6. Cancellation Policy

Clients must provide written notice for cancellation
Cancellation terms may vary depending on the project agreement or contract

7. Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or mutually agreed alternative

8. Modifications to Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page.
